Heidi at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. She welcomed us so warmly and took the time to give us a tour, explaining what each area of the office was used for and making us feel comfortable right away.
Dr. Goldberg was just as amazing. He took the time to explain exactly where Sophia is with her smile, what the treatment process would look like, and made everything so clear and easy for us to understand.
Mandy walked us through how long Sophia would likely need braces, explained the treatment plan and expected costs, and answered all of our questions so thoroughly. She made the financial side of the process feel very straightforward and never overwhelming.
Even at checkout, Bri took the time to explain the cleaning and maintenance process and made sure we understood how to properly care for Sophia’s braces.
Every single person we interacted with was kind, knowledgeable, patient, and welcoming. What could have felt overwhelming was made so simple and comfortable for both Sophia and me. We truly appreciate the entire team and are so happy we chose Davis & Goldberg Orthodontics for Sophia’s smile journey!

One thing I really appreciated was how clearly Dr. Goldberg explained the treatment plan.There was no pressure, and we had plenty of time to ask questions before making a decision.
