You Help Us
& We Help You
At Davis & Goldberg Orthodontics, we’re happy to give back to our community. We’re grateful to have the privilege of spending time with and getting to know the wonderful people of High Point and Greensboro, and it’s important to us that we return the pleasure however we can.
It’s our mission to donate time, money, and effort to help our community and uplift those around us, and it’s a great honor for us to be able to work with a number of local and national organizations to make a difference. Below are just a few of the charities and community support groups with whom we work.
Charity Cafe
Join us for free coffee and community support at Davis & Goldberg Orthodontics. Come enjoy a delicious cup of free Starbucks coffee and consider donating to help us make an impact.
Every month, your donations go directly to a local charity around High Point and Greensboro.
Feeding Lisa’s Kids
Childhood hunger and food-related trauma put children at risk of developmental, emotional and educational delays that can last a lifetime.
Feeding Lisa's Kids is a non-profit, grassroots movement devoted to addressing food insecurity by feeding the children and families of High Point who might otherwise have limited access to a nutritious and varied diet. Our team contributes by donating food to the organization and making deliveries to families in need.
Run 5 Feed 5
It costs less than five dollars to send a child home with a week’s worth of food, and it is Run 5 Feed 5’s mission to provide the one in four children going hungry in North Carolina with the food they need to survive and thrive, in school and out.
Run 5 Feed 5 hosts a 5k walk/run, a basketball tournament and regular donation drives throughout the year to raise money for hunger relief programs in Trinity, High Point and the greater community.
Our team participates in the 5k walk/run and shares their time, energy and resources to help Run 5 Feed 5 and the charities it supports provide reliable food access to over 300 hungry children every week.
Miracle League
Founded in 1998 with the mission of providing children with disabilities the opportunity to experience the joy and benefits of baseball, Miracle League provides accommodating spaces and a strong community to create accessible athletics and lasting memories for athletes of all abilities.
Presently there are over 300 Miracle League Organizations across the country, serving over 200,000 children and young adults with disabilities. We are proud to contribute to local Miracle League Organizations to make sure that every kid can participate in America’s pastime.
Ronald McDonald House Charities
Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) work to create, find and support programs that directly improve the health and well-being of children.
A foundational part of RMHC and their work is to provide Ronald McDonald Houses, which are safe, accessible places to stay for families with hospitalized children who are being treated at nearby medical facilities. We support this mission with donations to local Ronald McDonald Houses and Charities.
It’s also our privilege to support these other great organizations:
- Backpack Beginnings
- Girl Scouts
- GoFar
- Sunrise Foundation
- West End Ministries
- United Way
- And more!
