I went in for a consultation for braces and was greeted so beautifully everyone was kind and welcoming. Emily and Mandy were so gracious and gave me a tour of everything and explained every step of my journey. I also was able to hear from Dr Goldberg who explained exactly why my teeth have shifted in the way that they have and no one has ever explained that to me before. I have gone to several consultations in the Greensboro and Highpoint area and none of them were this detailed and informative. They are amazing.

Emily and Lisa made me feel comfortable. I’m very insecure about my situation and they made me feel great. OH MY GOSH where do I start….. Walking into this facility it’s clean, organized, never been to a facility that has a freezer in the lobby full of ice cream!!😊..(that was my son’s favorite). EVERYONE is very friendly and knowledgeable! From the receptionist to the Doctor! My girl Lauren is phenomenal!!! She helped me with all my needs and concerns, and the payment plans are very reasonable! Overall I’m very satisfied!! PLEASE GIVES THESE WOMEN A RAISE!🙌🏾

For my first visit, I was impressed. They give you a tour of the facility, which is very clean & open. Explained what they think would best suit you for what you’re looking for and try to make it happen for you. The added bonus to this is the coffee/drink area in the lobby that the money they make is donated to different charities, which at the moment is The Ronald McDonald House. It’s nice to see a business give back 🙂
